You can act as your own GC (saving thousands of dollars), with our new booklet "A GENERAL CONTRACTORS HANDBOOK (USER FRIENDLY VERSION), FOR PROSPECTIVE MODULAR HOME OWNERS/BUILDERS", you are given the steps required, what pitfalls to watch out for, and how to successfully complete your new home with the ease of a pro. Additionally, you can assume responsibility for certain parts of your project, such as plumbing, electrical, painting, decks, porches, septic system install and etc. This is another way to save money.
In all cases you are still the boss and will be involved in the process. You choose the method to achieving your goal.
